My process always begins with curiosity and empathy. I dive deep by observing behaviors, asking thoughtful questions, and truly listening until I uncover the essence of what users need. This understanding becomes the foundation that helps the team turn complex systems into simple, intuitive solutions.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I recharge by exploring the world through my camera, getting lost in an incredible anime, or cheering for my favorite NBA team, always under the calm watch of my cat.

These moments keep me curious and open to new perspectives, which naturally flow into my design work.
