To me, roles are a starting point, not a boundary. My goal is to drive the product forward by placing the user experience at the heart of our strategy, while equipping every team member with the insights they need to succeed.

My process always begins with curiosity and empathy. I dive deep by observing behaviors, asking thoughtful questions, and truly listening—until I uncover the core of a user's need. This understanding becomes the foundation that helps the team shape complex systems into simple, intuitive solutions.

Outside of Work

When I unplug from work, I recharge by exploring the world with my camera, getting lost in an incredible anime series, or cheering for my favorite NBA team. All of this happens under the calm supervision of my cat.

These moments help keep my perspective fresh and my mind curious. I bring those same qualities into every design challenge.
